The punch design principle is to convert the circular motion into linear motion, driven by the main motor to drive the wheel, then drive the operation of the gear, crankshaft and connecting rod through the coupling for the purpose of achieving linear. The movement is a circular motion from the main motor to the connecting rod. Circular motion and linear motion between the connecting rod and the slider require a transfer point.

The slider should be in the bottom center when installing the mould, the closed height should be correct, try to avoid eccentric load. The mold must be tight and reliable, and pass the pressure test.

Focus attention during work, strictly prohibited hands and tools and other objects into hazardous areas. Small pieces must be operated with special tools such as tweezers or feeders. When the mold sticks blank, only use the tool to remove it.

When you find the sound running or abnormal should stop eating immediately, check the cause. If the rotating parts are detached, steering gear failure, mold looseness, and defects, the machine must be stopped and repaired.

Each time a workpiece is finished, the hand or foot must leave the button or pedal to prevent misuse.

Two or more people operate the machine, one person should be arranged to drive, pay attention to coordination. Before starting work, the die must be turned off, disconnect the power and carry out the necessary cleaning.
