COVID-19 Guidelines for Office Workspace

The importance of a health protocol in the company is mandatory, especially during the COVID-19 era. During this pandemic, all companies must adjust to the way they work, work effectiveness, even their respective income turnover. In addition to regulatory decisions from the Government, awareness from each company and employees is also needed to create and maintain a healthy and safe work environment.

Preventing the Transmission of COVID 19 is also a priority for the company. Also, PT DLM has made a Full Contribution during the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the following are things that must be done by companies to prevent transmission of COVID-19 :

  1. Establishment of a special company team for handling COVID-19.

  2. PLimitation of working hours and number of company employees

  3. Mandatory regulations for the use of masks for all company employees

  4. Check the temperature for all employees, or anyone who enters the office area

  5. Provision of health facilities such as hand sanitizers/sinks for washing hands specifically (especially when entering an office area)

  6. Spraying the office space with disinfectant regularly

  1. Minimizing the use of meeting rooms by maximizing meetings virtually even in one area of the building.

  2. Cleaning office operational vehicles equipped with personal protective equipment and sanitary sanitary tools as needed.

  3. Provide guidance for workers who do not implement Covid-19 prevention and control protocols.

These are the following nine health guidelines implemented by PT Duta Laserindo Metal to prevent transmission of COVID-19. Because the health and safety of workers is, of course, mandatory things that must be considered by all companies.
