  2. Automatic Control of Laser Cutting Focus Position
    To ensure the quality of tube laser cutting, keeping focus on the vertical direction of the workpiece surface with measuring tools and automatic control is the key to tube laser cutting. At present, it is able to integrate the laser focus position with the direct axis (XYZ) of the laser processing system, which makes the laser cutting head movement lighter and more flexible, and the focus position can be understood well, so as to avoid the impact of the cutting head with the cutting pipe or object. others during processing.

  3. Cutting Head Pass Control
    In tube cutting, the tube to be processed is included in the curved surface plane, and the tube shape is relatively complicated. If programmed and carried out by conventional methods, there will be certain difficulties. It requires the operator to select the correct machining path and appropriate reference point according to the machining process requirements, and to use a numerical control system to record the feed conditions of each axis and the coordinates of the reference points, and then record the machining process coordinates and generate machining programs through the linear interpolation function. and coiling of the laser cutting system.
